Structure:

The structure of diamond grinding wheel is composed of three parts, the working layer, the matrix and the transition layer.

The working layer is also called the diamond layer, which is composed of abrasive, binder and filler, and is a part of the working diamond wheel (8) of the grinding wheel. The transition layer is also known as the non diamond layer, which is composed of a bond, a metal powder and a filler, which is a part of the diamond layer which is firmly attached to the substrate.

The base material is used to carry on the abrasive layer, and the flange plate is firmly clamped on the grinding spindle when using. General metal bonded products selected steel, alloy steel powder as matrix resin binder; use aluminum alloy as matrix, bakelite. Uses:
